I have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation. Seniors Real Estate Specialists help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing the capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, and other issues.

I have also completed six GRI courses (101,102,201,202 and 302) and graduated as GRI certified. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

I have been a proud member of the National Association of Realtors for 20 years.

I have been broker of the month many times throughout the years listing and selling many properties in Saugus and surrounding communities.

I have been a resident of Saugus for 40 years and raised three sons in Saugus schools and sports programs. I owned and operated Charleena’s School of Dance in Saugus for many years having met and made friends with many families of the dancers at my school. The school and I have done many fundraisers to help raise money for the less fortunate, Leukemia Society, V.F.W. Veterans, Muscular Dystrophy, Heart Fund and more.
